Structure Engineer

Helipeller is seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures. This role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, analyze, and evaluate structural components and systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

  • Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).

  • Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and safety of designs under various loads and conditions.

  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural designs with overall project plans.

  • Review and approve construction materials, methods, and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).

  • Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project proposals to stakeholders.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the design and construction of buildings and infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).

  • Strong understanding of structural principles, materials science, and construction methods.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
