Helipeller is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler/Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic components. This role involves working closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.

  • Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure reliability and identify any issues requiring correction.

  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to confirm that all assemblies meet required specifications, tolerances, and safety standards.

  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to carry out assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians to provide feedback on design improvements and resolve assembly challenges.

  • Document assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered to support continuous improvement and traceability.

  • Assist in training new team members on assembly practices, standards, and safety procedures when needed.

Who You are

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in assembly or technician roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Experience with assembly tools and equipment, including soldering irons, crimping tools, and multimeters.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate work.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy components and work in a physically demanding environment.
